According to the requirements of Document GNKJ [2009] No. 163 issued by National EnergyAdministration of the People’s Republic of China, “Notice on Releasing theDevelopment and Revision Plan of the First Batch of Energy Sector Standardsin 2009”,and after extensive investigation and research, summarization of practicalexperience, and wide solicitation of opinions, the drafting group has prepared thisstandard.The main technical contents of this standardinclude: basic requirements, analysis of energy conservation,calculation of energy conservation, main energy conservation measures, comprehensiveenergy consumption and energy efficiency, conclusion,drawings and tables.
