本標準為國際小水電聯合會團體標準。 本標準的主要內容為小水電與風光互補控制系統技術條件。 本標準按照GBT 1.1-2020《標準化工作導則 第1部分：標準化文件的結構和起草規則》編制。 本標準規定了小水電與風光互補控制系統的總體要求、系統構成、系統功能、性能指標要求。 本標準適用于水電裝機容量在30MW及以下的小型水電站、小型抽水蓄能電站與周邊風電場、光伏發電站聯合運行的互補控制系統，其他容量和形式的互補系統可參照執行。This document specifies the general requirements, composition, functions, and performance indicators for small-scale Hydro-Wind-PV complementary control systems.This document is pertinent to complementary control systems for small-scale hydro power stationswith a capacity not exceeding 30MW, as well as pumped storage power stations , and wind farms and photovoltaic (PV) power stations within the region. Alternative capacities and configurations of complementary systems may adopt this document asa reference for implementation.
